Green cloth covers rubbed (mostly both sides of spine) and soiled around the edges. Gilt lettering surprisingly bright considering how faded the white lettering and design is. Back cover is much less worn. Title page chipped around edges. Front hinge of spine cracked with only the cloth holding. Bottom of spine frayed. Fragile structurally but holding. 1267 total illustrations. Before considering the supplements, there are more than four hundred portraits of the stock exchange characters with members noted along with their dates of service.
