New York, New York: The New American Library, 1949. Soft cover. Very good paperback copy of "The Gilded Hearse" by Charles O. Gorham. 1st Signet Books printing 714 with no cover price. Author's first book. Clearly needed some re-gluing at some point. One section in the middle sticks out a tiny bit more than the rest as the gluing job was not perfect. Light edge and corner wear. Slight gloss peel and cover soiling, only around the edges. Still, a tight, clean copy. Enjoy this story of a man on the make, climbing the ladder to success! Very Good. Item #2704
