McCullough in a very good dust jacket. 1st edition / 1st printing with an original price of $6.95. Red top stain. Couple small white spots of soiling on each cover. Fore edge and bottom edge of text block with light brown stains (coffee spill?) that do not penetrate to the interior. Some pages with short lines of ink (different colors) in the margins marking beginning and ending sections of interest. Two half-inch tears at top of front panel of jacket; one closed, one open. Both ends of spine worn on jacket. Light toning / soiling of dust jacket. Tight and otherwise clean. Enjoy the first book by the two-time-winner of the Pulitzer Prize! Very good / Very good.
