The eighth Nancy Drew Mystery. Apparently a first edition / first printing. Blue cloth with silhouette of Nancy and lettering in orange. Illustrated end papers. Listed last on copyright page and in ad in the back of the book. Four glossy illustrations including frontispiece. Some edge wear. Ends of spine worn and cloth around it beginning to fray. Previous owner signature on front paste down crossed out in pencil and then erased. Previous owner signature on back paste-down. Otherwise clean. Hinges a little wobbly but fully attached. Spine faded. Front cover still bright. Overall a very good copy of one of the first Nancy Drew Mysteries with no jacket. Enjoy! Very Good / No Jacket. Item #1129
