Front cover separated at both top and bottom end of spine, which are otherwise worn as well; several pages are also separated at the bottom end. One reading crease in spine. Two pages have loss at bottom fore corner that does affect the print there; the gist of the writing is easily understood even with that loss. Wet stain top edge of text block near spine which bleeds on to the page a little, not affecting the print. Some numbers scribbled on last page. Pages slightly tanned.
